Silicon Nitride ( Si₃N₄ ) all-ceramic bearings have the characteristics of anti-magneticinsulation, wear-resisting and corrosion-resistant, oil-freeself-lubricating, high temperature and cold resistance and so on. Compared with zirconia ( ZrO₂ ) material, Zirconia ( Zirconia ) material is suitablefor higher speed and load capacity, worse working condition and higher ambient temperature. The expansion caused by temperature differencedoes not occur when the long-term service temperature is between 100℃and 800℃. At the same time can provide for high-speed high-precision high-tifnes spindle precision ceramic bearings, the highest manufacturing accuracy upto P4 to UP class. Slicon nitride full ceramicbearing rings and rolling elements are made ofsilicon nitride ( Si₃N₄ )ceramics. Polytetraazide (PTFE) is used as the standard equipment for theretainer, and GRPA66-25, PEEK, Pl, and phenolic cloth bakelite pipes are also commonly used.
