Product Features
As the most versatile plastic, POM/PA/PET has good mechanical strength, fatigue resistance and wear resistance. Due to the self-lubrication and low friction coefficient of the material itself, it is suitable for making light weight and low noise. High speed precision plastic rolling bearings.
Product Characteristics
1、POM bearings show good performance in alkaline environment, strong resistance to hydrolysis, heat oxidation and degradation, but not suitable for long-term operation in acid environment.
2、PA bearings allow long-term operation in corosive environments such as akai, weak acid and al organic solvents, and have good resistance to high energy radiation (y -rays and X-rays), but high water absorption.
3、PET bearing has excellent wear resistance, acid corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, stable to organic solvents and oils, but not resistant to hot water immersion, not alkali.
