HDPE, PP, UPE materials have good wear resistance and low temperature application characteristics, can be used in a relatively weak acid-base cross environment, with the general performance of non-oil self-lubricating plastic bearings, anti-magnetic and electrical insulation, and so on.Suitable for most acid/alkali/salt/ solution /oil /gas and seawater corrosion environment, but this kind of plastic bearing mechanical strength is low, easy deformation is not suitable for heavy load and high speed.
Product Characteristics
1、HDPE bearing has good chemical stability, resistance to most of the acid and alkali, organic solvents and hot water erosion,low water absorption, but poor aging resistance, low mechanical strength.
2、PP bearing has good chemical stability,resistance to hydrofuoric acid, (Hf) and other acids and bases, high solubility, hardness and strength, but the oxidation resistance, wear resistance is general
3、UPE bearing wear resistance and low temperature resistance is the best known engineering plastics, molecular weight more than 9.2 milion, with superior chemical resistance, very low water absorption, high energy radiation resistance, but low mechanical strength, high thermal expansion rate, size instability.to hot water immersion, not alkali.
