As new engineering plastic materials, PEEK and Pl have extremely high mechanical strength and dimensional stability, excellent corrosion resistance and the best high temperature resistance among all known engineering plastics. lt can run in almost all corrosion environments such as acid and base.
Product Characteristics
1、PEEK bearing can still maintain high mechanical strength, rigidity and creep resistance under high temperature and high pressure, superior resistance to chemical corrosion and hydrolysis, radiation resistance,wear resistance, comprehensive performance, but the material is expensive and the use cost is high.
2、Pl bearing has the best resistance to high temperature and low temperature of all known engineering plastics. it is not brittle in liquid nitrogen. It is resistant to high energy radiation and can adapt to a kinds of bad working conditions, but the price is also the highest in engineering plastics
3、 PPS bearing has good rigidity,stable chemical resistance, strong resistance to hydrolysis and high energy radiation, but brittle, poor toughness,low impact strength, easy to produce stress embrittlement, not resistant to benzene, gasoline and other organic solvents
